During the first three months of the program, I pursued my Zumba certification after four years of believing false narratives. I kept placing barriers against going towards one of my ultimate goals.
    After pursuing the Zumba certification, my confidence continued to soar. My first event was a Zumba demo for my sorority after four months of pursuing the certification. Afterwards, I led several virtual online classes, led a small group for Zumba at my church, and started to teach at a local facility in my current hometown. The program taught me to take charge of my happiness and my gifts. It also taught me the significance of self-care. I continue to leverage some of things I learned.
